For couples experiencing infertility, they must navigate medical options, treatments, and their personal emotions and privacy. Bonei Olam offers case management and a 24 hour medical hotline to assist couples through every step of their journey.

Bonei Olam provides each couple an assigned counselor who will help them secure doctor appointments, follow up with a doctor if the couple desires, speak to their Rav, and monitor their situation individually and as a couple throughout the experience. Our counselors are trained to help each couple based on their personal needs and wishes.

Bonei Olam's unique PIN-based identity system allows our counselors to interact with clients in complete anonymity. Our staff of specially trained compassionate counselors are well aware of the overwhelming anxiety and apprehension associated with making that first call for help, and do their utmost to put the client at ease.
